What is Fast Shop?

Fast Shop is an API that lets any AI agent search, order, and ship real products from Walmart on your behalf. You give your agent a skill.md file or connect via MCP, and it can browse products, place orders, and track deliveries for you.

How does my AI agent order products?

Copy the skill.md into your agent, or install the MCP server with npx -y @fastxyz/[email protected]. Then just ask your agent to find and order something. It searches Walmart, gets a price quote, places the order, and gives you a tracking link.

My agent asks for permission before using the skill. Is something wrong?

No — this is a standard safety feature in Claude and some other agents. The agent is checking with you before calling an external API. You can review the full skill to see exactly what it does: it only calls the Fast Shop API to search products, place orders, and track deliveries. Once you're comfortable, approve the request and your agent will proceed.

Which AI agents work with Fast Shop?

Any AI agent that supports skill files or MCP. This includes Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, OpenClaw, and any agent that can make HTTP requests. The skill.md file works universally — just paste it into your agent's context.

Is it safe? How do refunds work?

If an order fails or is cancelled, you receive an automatic full refund. Excess charges (when the actual price is lower than the quoted maximum) are also refunded automatically.

Is product search free?

Yes. Searching products and getting price quotes are completely free. You only pay when you confirm an order. There are no subscription fees — just the product price plus a $1 order fee.
